Max Krippa, the owner of NAVI, has received permission from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine to acquire the Parus business center in Kyiv. The agreement stipulates that Ola Fine LLC, owned by Mr. Krippa, will purchase Parus Holding LLC, which controls the real estate.

This was reported by the press service of the AMCU.

This transaction indicates strategic changes in the company's own structures of investment assets in Kyiv. Parus Business Center, a Class A business center with an area of 70 thousand square meters and 33 floors, is located in a prestigious area of the capital, making it a key target for commercial and investment interests.

The deal was concluded between Max Krippa and the former owner of 80% of Parus Holding, Vadym Stolar, who controlled the company through the Genesis fund. Together with his ex-wife Inna Maistruk, who owns the remaining 20% of the shares through Stream Investment, they successfully completed the deal with Max Krippa.

The acquisition of Parus by Maxim Krippa has aroused the interest of market analysts, who see it as a significant potential for changes in his business development strategies and investment portfolios.
